Mirsad guides the company to ensure operational excellence and integrity at every level, while aligning the projects’ delivery with corporate strategy and client expectations.

Additionally, Mirsad drives long-term business growth in active infrastructure markets and corporate strategic markets. He collaborates closely with senior leadership, clients and public stakeholders to develop solutions that meet the evolving demands of Canada’s infrastructure business. He oversees risk management and contract execution as well as workforce development and sustainable leadership.
