George Karam

George Karam is CEO of Imagine 4D, a Canadian technology company specializing in digital twin technologies, immersive visualization, and advanced 3D simulation solutions. A seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of international leadership experience, George has built his career by helping innovative Canadian companies commercialize emerging technologies and scale globally. 

Before joining Imagine 4D, George held senior leadership roles at Mechtronix Inc. and TRU Simulation + Training, where he helped transform the business into a global leader in flight simulation. He played a central role in Mechtronix’s growth and successful acquisition by Textron Inc., leading the strategic negotiations and due diligence process. As General Manager and Vice President of Air Transport Simulation at TRU Simulation + Training, he led the commercial aviation business unit through a period of significant expansion, overseeing engineering, operations, program management, customer service, and sales while driving substantial revenue growth, securing long-term strategic partnerships with Boeing and Airbus, and significantly expanding the organization’s global production capacity. 

Since joining Imagine 4D, first as Executive Vice President and now as Chief Executive Officer, George has led the company’s continued growth in delivering Canadian-developed digital twin, immersive visualization, and simulation technologies to customers across the power, utilities, defence, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Under his leadership, Imagine 4D is helping organizations better understand, operate, and optimize complex physical assets through intelligent, connected virtual environments, reinforcing Canada’s leadership in advanced digital technologies and industrial innovation. 

George holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Finance from McGill University and is a passionate advocate for Canadian entrepreneurship, technology commercialization, and the global export of Canadian innovation.
