Gordon Hadaller is President of Stern Laboratories Inc., a Canadian company specializing in reactor safety and reliability testing for the global nuclear industry. With more than 50 years of experience in nuclear research and development, he has led Stern Laboratories since 1993, following earlier roles as Vice President and engineering leadership positions in Canada’s nuclear sector.  

His expertise spans mechanical design, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, instrumentation, vibration, acoustics, and the design of experimental facilities supporting CANDU and other reactor technologies. Mr. Hadaller holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Heat Transfer and Fluid Mechanics) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.  

Throughout his career, he has authored and co-authored numerous technical papers on CANDU fuel performance, reactor safety, thermal hydraulics, and nuclear engineering, contributing to the advancement of reactor safety and innovation in Canada and internationally.
